I wasn't so sure I believed him, and I didn't like what he told me. The longer I live, the more I wonder if he wasn't a lot more right than I wanted to admit.

THE FLAWED LEADERSHIP IN THE WHITE HOUSE IS AMERICA'S BIGGEST PROBLEM
This is why Dave Lukas and I wrote "Hope is NOT A Strategy--Leadership Lessons from the Obama Presidency." We called out more than 30 prime examples of Obama's flaws, in leadership and ideology, and especially in character. A correspondent of mine sums up a recent National Review article that does much the same thing…just 18 months later…and it is more frightening now than it was when we wrote our book in 2012.

Great article on Barack Obama by Kevin Williamson in National Review.
It sharply points to his lack of intellectual curiosity, the predictable, knee-jerk leftism, and the absence of real heroic qualities of leadership as he is a willing slave to pure political partisanship. He will never bring the country together and has no interest in doing that despite the rhetoric. His imperative is to enlarge the grasp of leftist government, the control of every major element in human life, and the self-enacting of any capricious law, through regulation or fiat, that furthers his socialist dystopia.
Meanwhile he will use government agencies illegally to counter dissent, declare hostile domestic reporters as “spies”, (in complete Soviet fashion) and lie blatantly on television about his own failures to suit his political needs. He refuses to lead, continues inane political stump speeches, exacerbates racial tensions when he could mollify them, continues attack politics on perceived political enemies, and then burdens a weakened economy with unnecessary, strangling regulations.
Over one hundred million Americans are on some type of government food assistance and 20 million are on disability, a nation that is proudly working less, which in turn heralds the introduction of millions of illegals to do the mundane chores of life. It is Ancient Rome, and we are witnessing the masses lining up for free bread and circus while foreign slaves do the daily work – we know how that movie ends. It is a moral failing of the nation and its leadership.

BUT PRACTICALLY SPEAKING, WE HAVE NO WAY TO "STOP HIM!"
Barring some unforeseen/unforeseeable event, there appears to be no way to stop the havoc wreaked by Barack Obama and his Democratic cronies, especially Harry Reid and the Senate. IF the Republican Party could quit the internal bickering and ideological debates and unite to oppose Obama--and nominate "middle-of-the-road" candidates that would be acceptable to the broad moderate center of Americans, the Senate majority could be regained. But that alone will only slow Obama, not stop him.
HE CAN'T BE GONE FAST ENOUGH, AND HIS BEHAVIORS, POLICIES, ACTIONS, & LEGACY WILL AFFLICT AMERICA FOR DECADES TO COME
Barack Obama's departure from power simply cannot come quickly enough. There is serious doubt in my mind whether our great country can recover from the damage he has done, and is doing to it…in a decade…or ever! If that doesn't worry you, it should. The next two generations of your family will pay for his failing and misguided leadership. And make no mistake, Hillary Clinton in 2016 will not be a solution. She just represents a different kind of problem--a hunger for power and a lack of integrity being at the top of my issues with her. Obama is aided and abetted by Harry Reid, among others…a man who deserves the title of "the worst Senate leader ever!"

TALK SOME SENSE INTO YOUR LOCAL ELECTED MEMBER OF CONGRESS. CALL FOR AN APPOINTMENT NOW, WHILE THEY ARE ON RECESS, AND DO IT AGAIN EVERY TIME THEY "COME BACK HOME."

SENATORS AND REPRESENTATIVES NEED TO HEAR THIS MESSAGE. UNITY IS THE ONLY ANSWER FOR AMERICA. "SET THE EXAMPLE."
