THE ENTERPRISE—Politics, pragmatism, and preserving our founding freedoms & ideologies, in a politically partisan free-for-all, where voters have choices!
United we stand, divided we fall
Patrick Henry used the phrase in his last public speech, given in March 1799, in which, ….clasping his hands and swaying unsteadily, Henry declaimed, "Let us trust God, and our better judgment to set us right hereafter. United we stand, divided we fall
MORE THAN A DOZEN PRESIDENTIAL PRIMARY CANDIDATES IS A RECIPE FOR DISASTER; SO IS ONLY ONE!
it became obvious that perhaps half of that dozen had much to offer. The others, while good people, were role players.
When Donald Trump joins the stage on Sept. 27, the dynamics will change immeasurably. He will charm, rant, rave, take credit (not blame) for, and claim his righteous role as the candidate—BUT HOLD IT. I bet there will be dissenters on the stage. Maybe they have less name recognition, but maybe they are more stable, less meteoric, and certainly have less political and legal “baggage.”
I voted for Trump in 2016 vs. Hilary. She was a terrible candidate. No contest. I voted for Trump again in 2020 (just once) against another terrible candidate, Basement dweller—Joe Biden. Also no contest, except whoops, somehow enough votes “materialized,” from the uncontrolled wee hours blizzard of unregulated mail-in ballots and Biden “won.”
If you voted for Joe, please admit your error. He has been terrible. If you voted against Trump, I understand, because he was a flawed candidate, and still is. Now we do it again in 14 months. Better this tine, I hope! Preferably not Biden vs. Trump AGAIN
Biden may not be able to find the polling place without an escort —Dr. Jill, (or a TelePrompt to read how he should vote) unless he’s under family-related legal indictment. Trump will also likely be in court, or in jail, somewhere, or awaiting sentencing, or appeals, or maybe even out free?
That is not a prescription for choosing the best qualified occupant of the White House. Trump may lead in the GOP polls, even in polls going into the election failing Joe Biden, inept Kamala Harris! But the only Poll that counts is at the Ballot Box (or wherever legal votes are tallied!)
America and its future leaders must grapple with many huge issues which can skew the voting greatly. Inflation-fueled by government spending and over-reach must be reined in.
1–No Democrat—Liberal—Socialists will do that, because giving people money & free things “buys their votes.” Thirty million young voters wanting Biden’s illegal student loan forgiveness stopped the GOP Red Wave in mid-term elections. SCOTUS should have acted faster to stop that, as it must to stop a handful of other Democrat vote-buying (or illegal vote harvesting) schemes. “Buying votes with Taxpaying (Other) Americans’ Money” MUST BE STOPPED!
2–Abortion is an emotional vote-buying scheme too. Nikki Haley’s excellent positioning during the Aug. 23 debate was a great platform to limit that election promise trickery. Adopt it!
3–No Democrat will “fix Biden’s great border fiasco” the illicit opening of the US Borders with little or no controls. Expect the next Dem “trick to offer immunity and amnesty” to millions of illegals in America due to Biden’s Fiasco.
4–SCOTUS must STOP the weaponization of the Dept. of Justice, the FBI and other Federal agencies against Dems political opponents. The rebuilding of law & order in America is essential, as lawlessness and illegal immigrant refugees take over major cities/states—run mostly by Democrats.
5–FIND A WAY to avoid a Trump vs. Biden 2024 election. Biden’s may be self limiting as his cognitive decline grows worse and worse—but yielding to Kamala Harris is an awful next outcome. She is blatantly inept and unqualified.
6–Recognize and act on the threats from Russia’s Putin, China’s Xi & (it’s decline, while still controlling the supply of many critical materials, products, drugs, etc.), their apparent alliance and aspirations to take over Ukraine and Taiwan, while supporting North Korea & Iran/Middle Eastern threats.

7—Education is a total mess. It’s gets an F for Flawed, Failing or Futile. In any case, the Dept of Education should be shut down and expelled. It never did what it was intended to do. It just became another huge political bureaucratic governmental intrusion, where it doesn’t belong,—one that doesn’t deserve to exist—at all.
The list could be much longer, AND getting any of these to happen is a long shot. How about term (and age) limits for members of Congress—or even of SCOTUS?

NEXT: WHICH IS BETTER?
THE REAGAN EXAMPLE: VOTERS MUST CHOOSE WHAT TO DO AND HOW—WHICH IS BETTER?
—GOP: HOPE, CONFIDENCE AND GROWTH W/LAW & ORDER, WITH LOW INFLATION & LOW TAXES
—DEMS: PESSIMISM, FEAR AND LIMITS/REGULATION & LAWLESSNESS, WITH HIGH INFLATION & HIGH TAXES
This is a simple choice IF THERE IS UNITY IN POLICIES behind these principles.
—Politicians make glowing promises only to break or ignore them.
—Leaders make commitments then flow them with actions to Mert those commitments.
—WHICH WOULD YOU PREFER TO LEAD YOUR COUNTRY?
=====================
The choice is simple. Vote for candidates and a party that will not just TALK THE TALK, but rather will WALK THE TALK, and make meaningful change.
How can you tell the difference?
Their action and results speak so loudly you can’t hear their words,
Look at SIX of America’s most populous states and compare them:
DEMOCRATS RUN: New York, Illinois, California —DEEP IN DEBT, RISING TAXES, PEOPLE & COMPANIES LEAVING BY THOUSANDS
REPUBLICANS RUN: Ohio, Florida, Texas—FISCALLY SOUND, LOWERING TAXES, PEOPLE GOING THERE BY THOUSANDS.
Even on Abortion philosophy:
Dems: Pro-abortion = abortion anytime: anywhere up, until the moment of birth
GOP: Pro-life = no abortions after 6-15 weeks (unless extenuating circumstances)
Which seems more morally right?

THE CLIMATE CHANGE HOAX: IS UNPROVEN, UNSETTLED & PROMOTED BY POLITICAL OR ENVIRONMENTAL GROUPS WHO BENEFIT FROM THE MONEY
NOTE: Climate is different from Weather. Climate spans centuries, weather spans months/years.
- Humans affect climate little over centuries, (proven by geology & arctic ice drillings)
- Humans build things where weather events cause loss of life and huge property losses every few years
- Humans fail to manage forestry and ground plant growth, then complain when storms or wildfires in places known to be risky to build or develop and driven by weather/humans; burn it, or blow it, or flood it away.

HOW to KNOW? and what to believe?
Mass-media news is no longer unbiased, honest or truthful. It relies on spreading sensationalism that attracts viewers who attract advertisers. Finding unbiased media is nearly impossible because it is driven by subscribers, viewers and an audience.
Finding unbiased candidates is difficult. They are expected & supposed to be biased in favor of the ideologies & philosophies they believe will best serve & satisfy their constituents, and their beliefs & wishes (and get them reelected).
Finding and forming your own beliefs, philosophies, and political biases is the best way, and those are best based on facts, hard information, observation, morality and human behavior. Those come closer to revealing the truth than any other method. THEN SUPPORT & VOTE FOR THE BEST CANDIDATES IN 2024.

PS — I’ll go out on a limb in the next edition of THE ENTERPRISE and name My 2024 GOP Ticket
(No matter who the Dems choose to run, with one exception.)
